So, todays video is a bit of a rollercoaster.. initially I wanted this to be a what I eat in a day but this week I've been struggling with my appetite and foods been a bit all over the place (if you can't tell from this video) so just wanted to do a come prep with me style day for my half marathon this weekend which ended up with an injury flare up ... so we have a big mixture of emotions going on here BUT if you're watching this, I will of either completed ... or not ... my half marathon so fingers crossed for positive news over on insta @hollyb_fitness
