It is so important we talk about mental health but remember if you are concerned about anything to do with your mental health go and see your doctor for advice xx

I really appreciate this one Luv, so thanks for sharing. Most people don't know this but I used to have terrible anxiety issues. (not crippling, but bad) If it helps anyone to know, what helped ME get over it, it was developing a HEALTHY relationship with my ego and id. Since that dynamic came into balance I've been fine. Another thing I've done is learn to listen to my anxiety and treat it as a warning light for issues I might have overlooked or pushed into the background. If I feel anxious now, I ask myself, "What have I NOT been doing? What am I procrastinating on? What have I left unsaid?" When I started using it as a tool to indicate my REAL problems, I found it stopped yelling about fake ones. That's my three-and-a-half cents.

Ooh great tips I love that about using it as a warning for things that you might be ignoring or not doing that’s great thank you I’ll employ that myself now, the other is in the works xx

I remember those terrifying days at school when it's your turn to read! I also use deep breathing and belly breathing to help my anxiety.

I still have nightmares of waiting to have to read just such a nightmare! Deep breathing is so good I have to admit I do love just sitting and doing breathe work xx

@@BeverleyButterfly it was also like getting chosen for the PE team, I was always the last one to be picked because nobody wanted me! Those kind of things stay with you and add to the anxiety.

Lord and Lordettes they do stay with you it’s hard to forget because all these things happen while your brain is still forming I hate to admit it but I hated school life has been better since it ended for sure xx

I tried this once and it didn't work. Should I try it again.

Tried what? Mindfulness if it’s that you refer to takes decades if not a lifetime to master it’s not something you get first time it takes every day work
