Remember, if DC controls my life. I can hate them because of what they may or may not do to me. If I control my life. I have no reason for hate either side. They are not the ones in control. What controls me is God and my faith in Christ. There can be no hate there.

@@frankhaag6232 thank you for asking Frank. We are both fine. Had some extended family health issues to address and some bad weather here. Of course now that is smoothing out. I have treatment around starting so I may still be out for several weeks. But we are all well and certainly blessed by God here. thank you so much for your concern.

@@bikerider4326 thanks much for watching. I never shy away from things just because they’re controversial. I think when we stop speaking, that’s where the hatred starts. Soon after that violence starts. I would encourage more people that do not agree to speak. But I will agree it’s not best to do that. Speaking in comment on a video. Lol again thanks for watching.

@@marcusrawls2125 thank you for checking Marcus. We are both fine. There have been some health issues in extended family that we have had to deal with. That is working out, but I am just now getting ready to start my next round of cancer treatment so I will probably be out for the next month or so. but all is well. Thanks again for checking.

I am curious though, I believe the only thing I alluded to in this video was that I did not allow Washington DC to control my life. Just curious which part you disagree with. @joyfultrails Hey, scott, thank you so much for checking. We had some family health issues that had to be addressed. It was not michelle or I but extended family. And I am just now getting ready to start my next round of cancer treatment, so I may be out for a while longer. I am gonna try and get one or two rides in before friday if I can. I believe we may have another bucket list location for you as well though. Again thanks for Checking we really do appreciate it.

@marklatham1414 I do not see what the op said as being racist. She was not selected by the people, But instead was selected to that position from the high ups in the democrat party. In layman's terms, She is not the people's choice but the politician's choice. Sometimes people rely on the race card when they do not want to have a valid discussion.

She has overwhelming support right now from democrat voters who are raising funds. If she was not the people's choice then fine, let the people's vote decide. It's incredible now that Biden decided he should drop out after all of the criticism that he's not fit for president and now people are scared of Kamala because he dropped out. Can't have it both ways.

Blaine, we can't stick our heads in the sand and say that 15 million illegal people coming into the country is not affecting us, or that selling our reserve petroleum to China and then buying petroleum from Venezuela at a higher price, etc, or banning ebikes in Florida. But that does not mean we have to hate each other. It seems to me that much of the hate is pushed on us from the media! What I'm saying is that policies do matter and do affect us one way or another.

@@terrynelson2385 thank you, Terry. Absolutely the policies affect us. And I am certainly not saying we should not be out there voting. But I also am not going to rely on Washington DC to determine the course of our life. My main point is that we need to have control of our own life and not allow DC as much power as we seem to allow them to have over our own personal life. Michelle and I will continue to push our life to be better. Whether that is because of DC or in spite of DC. All that being said. We still must, as you say, have respect for opposing opinions. I would like to see people that do have different opinions, discuss things more. I have no room for hating anybody. Kind of difficult for me to discuss the media as I have not had a television turned on in probably a decade.

@@southernebiking Covid jabs being an example of DC trying to control our lives, kicking military people out for refusal, making private companies fire employees for refusal, etc. I've never taken a flu shot nor a covid shot. Pushing immoral acts into our grade school children heads is another evil example. What will happen will happen but in the end it is God who has ultimate control.
