Everyday is leg day if you think about it there is no skipping it most of the time most of the people unless they walk around with their hands have to use their legs to do much of anything. Being a concrete pumper for 20 years mint leg day 6 days out of 7 dragging 350 lb minimum around the job site pffft figure it out!!

About 30 or 40 years ago, CBS News Anchor Dan Rather was walking in NYC and was physically assaulted by a loony tune, who among other things was demanding, "What's the frequency, Kenneth?" As far as I know it's never been explained. I had no idea it had somehow achieved pop culture currency in Canada, & I was astonished that these guys (presumably Keeso, as the #1 writer) were familiar with it. It's not the first time they've made references to obscure events preceding Keeso's birth, and it makes me wonder how he spends his spare time.

I assumed it was a reference to the American rock band REM's hit song "What's the Frequency, Kenneth" which I'm sure was a reference to that event in itself.

I agree, there already is a little bit of too much Hollywood sitcom leaking in, like you've compared the bar scenes from season 1 where it is dark and full of people in Smoky like a real bar, compared to the later Seasons where it's bright just focusing on four main and looks like a sitcom stage set, you can see a slide towards homogenisation towards a more typical show, and then they will release a brilliant episode that still defies all the rules. Hopefully they will continue to find that balance!

Not wanting to became popular turns it in another cancelation, like Community, or Firefly, or...
