Letters to Santa at real North Pole, 1951 "It's Fun To Be Young" (with Carolina Cotton) 

Rare, unrestored radio transcription of the program "It's Fun To Be Young", dated 11/24/51. The audience reads their written letters to Santa Claus, which would be sent along with a 9-foot red and white pole, and delivered in mid December to the actual North Pole, by Alaska Airlines. A week-long celebration was planned in Fairbanks. Carolina Cotton, Western entertainer and guest on the show, were to accompany Alaska's North Pole Nellie in the flight.
