i love it when people share their experiences and stories and what they learned from the life and want to help others as well, life has a lot of up and downs and im in one of those downs rn, no matter i listen these advices or helps it helps for just a while, then u r going back to ur old thoughts cause u r used to them, so in the end everything depends on you, if u decide to love urself u will love urself and doesnt care what others says, but easy to say surely, im not enough in my eyes, i just see a lot of flaws and fails when i look at the mirror, i feel nervous every time even there is nothing to get nervous anymore, cause im used to feeling nervous, well at least im not keeping everything to myself anymore and seeking for help...thats something, right?
Definitely! To be willing of change is the first step. Yes sometimes we can be stuck in self-deprecating habits. Change takes time, but one day you will look in the mirror and be proud of what you see. You’ll appreciate the scars bc they make it that much sweeter :)
Its hard to let go, bc in ur head theyre not the real person but the person you want them to be, the person who is so close to existing yet doesn't and it hurts cause you dont want to let go of that idea of a person even tho it was never real(great video btw i just discovered you n love ur content already)
We sometimes hold out for what we want and blind ourselves to the truth. One of my favorite quotes is from Kung fu panda which is no matter how hard you pray for an apple or an orange, the peach tree will only have peaches. The hardest thing is accepting bc you have to let go of the illusion of control.
Hey man, i dont have much experince with relationships but i still do have so much truma in my life. And its hard... things might be so truamtic and just a part of you to let go. But i want to tell you this, its ok! Things are ment to be broken and you just have to move on for the better. I hope your better off now.

just today, I applied for an apartment in a different city. i graduated a few months ago, but stayed around my university because i thought he would come back (he is still in school). but, as my luck would have it, he told me he started seeing someone else a week after i signed my lease. so now i have nothing here. i stayed here for him, and he let me go. he did not even give me the chance for a conversation. but i guess, he had nothing to say. it's hard to let someone go who, by the end of it, was never yours. it feels like i am letting go of someone who never existed. i wish i could tell him that i was suicidial that day. or how sorry i was. or how angry i was at him, for having sex with me when i was down and he had no-one to go to, and then dropping me a few weeks later. he knew just how badly i wanted to be with him. but i guess that was not enough. so. today i applied for an apartment in a different city. if it goes well, i will be moving in a month. and i think that will have to be my definition of letting go.
Thank you for sharing your story. That takes courage. Life has different plans for you, and you didn’t need someone like that in your life anyway. Channel all that energy you feel into a new beginning. You are on a new train now and it’s ok to be unsure or scared. It's so evil, when they make you fall in love with them with lies and later show their true color, the cruel manipulation tactics. Whom you trusted from the bottom of your heart and in an instant realizing that everything was a made up stories. In that case you have to let go, even tho you don't want to. Its gonna be hard but it's the best for you. 😊
I find myself wanting to make things work everytime but all it does is makes it more worse I had dreams I had plans and now it feels like I have nothing.
I know it feels that way. You wanted something so bad and were convinced it was right for you. But sometimes those things weren’t meant to be. Sometimes what you need isn’t what you wanted. But eventually everything will make sense and turn out ok :)

Good shit bro! This video popped up on my page exactly when I needed to hear this message the most. I switched my major last year and, even though I knew it was for the best, it made me question what my purpose in life really was. My new major has a lot of different fields and specialties to offer but I don’t know where I fit in yet. Watching this also made me reflect on my first relationship because I still regret how I ended things with him back then. As much as I want to talk to him, I know he has already healed and moved on while I’m still stuck on the past. I wished things turned out differently. But this video gave me the clarity and strength to move on. Thank you Anthony!
Thank you! I’m glad you decided to take a leap of faith. It’s ok to not know where u fit in. Sometimes it’s not about finding yourself per se but building who you want to be. It’s not always about finding ur purpose based on “fitting in”, but creating your own wave. It also may be tough holding onto a conversation that never happened. Never feeling satisfied that your words were ever heard. But sometimes that’s ok. You don’t know it yet, but there’s more worthwhile things waiting for you in the future :)
