I don’t get why people choose to clean their Airbnb instead of hire, since the guests pay the cleaning fee? Do you mean you just get less bookings if the cleaning fee is high? Also that is awesome you make money on RU-vid! I wish i could but my adhd brain makes it so hard for me to stay focused, like when I’m recording, always get sidetracked and then lose my motivation. Ah, I’ll figure it out eventually. Currently got two Airbnb listings, they’re one bedrooms so our cleaning fee is only $50. Trying to decide whether I want to turn instant booking on. Your video helped a lot because the fact you can have a 1 day warning is a game changer. I thought it could literally be instant & I wasn’t sure how I’d be prepared.

Hi "Pretty Woman", first of all take care of your health, headaches can be the sign of serious issues. Second;y if you want to invest long term for a happy retirement think about buying all the raw land you can buy! A very wise man once said buy land, they're not making any more of it. .You have to do your homework, but you can seriously increase your investment and be cautious of too much crypto (check out the definition of the word) in your portfolio! Hi! Yes - it's more based on views than subscribers because of the ads. At least I think that's what it's from because a few videos of mine were pretty popular and that's when the income started increasing.
