Both of them are annoying. Judge should’ve shut the plaintiff up to for laughing and constantly crackling it was annoying. I’ve seen her go off on other people for smiling yet she doesn’t go off on the plaintiff
I wish the Judge would turn the plaintiff's mic off while he's laughing about almost everything the defendant is saying!!! It's rude, & it's disrespectful!!!
Man, the only thing I could find when I looked up the defendants name is an article from 2018, its him claiming he was robbed by a teen for $10. Even the judge didnt believe his album went platinum
For a long time I also thought there are two sides to each story. Well I later learned that there are 3 sides to each story. There is your side my side and then there is the truth.

FLOW BAMA, whose real name is Steven Butler, was selling his latest album when he was approached by a black male in his late teens. “I turned it up and he started bopping to it and he said, ‘well, I ain’t got 10 dollars,’ and I said ‘well, man, I’ll get you for five.'” said Butler. “But when he came back up it’s as a pistol.” Butler tried to drive away but blew out all four tires when he hit the curb. He got out and ran away while the suspect shot at him. The teen tried to steal the car, but couldn’t drive away with four flat tires. So, he ran away on foot. The suspect is still at large. Police are looking for a black male, late teens, dressed in dark clothes, considered armed and dangerous.
Very disappointed, Milan. I know a live musician who owns his band. Restaurants pay money AND give free food as well. This defendant paid $1,000 to advertise the plaintiff's venue. I bet some of these guests never heard of the restaurant and only went because of the concert. The plaintiff got FREE ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION FOR HIS RESTAURANT so yes, I am at least glad defendant didn't have to pay the cleaning fees.
Milian cannot help herself by continously interrupting the litigants! To this day I don't know if she does this on purpose or is it just simply in her DNA and out of her control. Because she does this all the time, particularly to blacks. More troubling and concerning is why doesn't anyone have the guts to say to her well hold on can i finish first. This is one of the worst cases that I've seen where she keeps interrupting. Unbelievable!
I've noticed that as well. I have no idea how he puts up with this. She just runs her mouth constantly. In this case she ordered them to turn this defendant's mic off twice. She's use to talking and yapping her mouth without repercussion. It shows.
The actually turned the defendant's off 3 times. How disrespectful and demeaning of a judge to do that to a litigant. I've never seen her do that to caucasians or an other group than blacks.
Particularly to blacks? No, Adrian. She does that to everyone. It really seems like you WANT to see racism, so you can whine about it and be a victim. As I said before, if Milian would be a racist (she isn’t!) then why would you, as a black person, watch and support this show?? With each comment and view you are supporting their content. You know that. So if you truly feel she is a racist, you wouldn’t watch. Eventho you like these kind of programmes. Sigh.
That's why you gotta remember she's a t.v. judge not a real judge. These decisions made are basically another contract where both sides habe already agreed to.
