A lot of people don't realize just how strong apes are even babies. An orangutans' grip is like a rottweiler clamping it's jaws on you.

I don't doubt she loved Bom Bom, but it's called selfish love, keeping him in a small backyard cage 5 days out of a week, and not taking him out in public because they knew it was illegal. Did they not think of Bom Bom's needs to be happy throughout his life? What were they going to do when he became a big, strong, full grown adult orangutan? Obviously a good decision that he was rescued to be rehabilitated to have a chance to live back in the wild.

Infuriating! The utter selfishness, and ignorance of the people who imprison these innocent orangutans is beyond infuriating. They need to be charged, and sentenced for taking these babies away from their mothers!
