Just a little clarification for anyone listening to this: This isn´t a song FROM the Communist Party of Mexico, it´s from independent leftist songwriter and singer José de Molina. He wrote many song in support of leftist movements and guerillas in Mexico during the 70s up until his death in 1998. The CPM itself is as useful as a papercut figure in the middle of a rainstorm, not to mention, it´s dead. It has been since the 80s. If you want to critically support a leftist organization in the country, there´s the EPR, Ejército Popular Revolucionario, a Maoist leaning guerilla; and everyone´s favorite EZLN. Say what you want about them, these are the orgs doing actual heavy lifting and street work for the workers and peasants cause. MORENA and AMLO are co-opting real leftists movements and rhetoric for their neoliberal militaristic comprador state.

Esfuerzos por construír el socialismo en México son, como tu dijiste, el EPR, el Partido Comunista de México (Marxista-leninista), y el PCM normal.
