He's so good. I'm a huge Richter fan and I love the way these two get the musicality of the music. They never over-egg it. Delicacy, clarity, humility.
This is how you're supposed to play this peace. The best I've heard tonight on RU-vid. He highlights all the right notes, has the right tempo, tone, everything. I love it. You're not supposed to play Tchaikovsky like Mozart or Bach. There's a lot of feeling required and control of you you play the keys. I'm buying this recording.
Lev Oborin - první vítěz soutěže ve Varšavě 1927. Mistr sólo hry a mistr doprovazeč (David Fjodorovič Oistrach).
this piece is very hardly cause you most to make the accords good in the right hand...i so like the tempo of this sir, greetings from mexico, i play this song!!!!!!!!!!
Wonderful indeed. And kinda funny to see a Steinway and Sons piano in a Moscow TV station in 1971. Unavoidable, no Russian piano at the time could match a Steinway....
