I definitely agree that Ermes probably technically deserves a title match over Vitale, but Levan has only faced 2 armwrestlers over the last 3 years or so. Devon twice, and then Ermes twice if they pull again in Dec. I honestly just want to see something different, and it took absolutely everything out of Ermes to defeat Vitale last time, so it's not even obvious that Ermes would beat Vitale again in their current shapes. I personally would rather see Levan vs Vitale for the sake of variety.
I can't believe people actually think Denis could've beaten Levan right handed. Left he would've but zero chance on the right. Levan is the top of the sport since its existence. Period!
If according to you he would have zero chances on the left than according to me uh have zero knowledge, Levan was lefty and was quite impressive on it (for instance go watch WAF 2017)but after the injuries he shifted to right hand.
Well Vitaly just recently started arm wrestling full time. He's getting arm wrestling strong fast and getting huge. Devon started full time I think he said 6 years ago and we seen how good he got and very fast. I think Vitaly will do the same and he's much bigger than Devon

@@09shelby15 Left or right wouldn't mattered. Denis was above Devon by a mile in 2018. Then Devon started juicing in 2021 and got a lot stronger. I think 2024 Devon can prime Denis and it would be close match.

I think Levan should face Vitaly simply because I want to see Levan having more variety of opponents. People have realized that in the last three years or so Levan has only faced 2 guys (Ermes and Devon). I know he already faced Vitaly but it seems that he has improved a lot. Also Vitaly deserves the match more than Ermes simply because of how active he has been, how he saved the last KOTT card and his recent victory against Morozov, while Ermes doesn't have any win in 2024.
That Georgi guy is probably #2 and biggest threat. Would love to see Jerry already in the press against Levan. That would be exciting, but Jerry wouldn't be able to get into that position off the start.
I dont know how Ermes vs Vitaly result is the law for some people. That match could have been a win for Vitaly with EvW rules and Vitaly took Ermes to the B side with the speed Levan did. It’s been 6 months since that match and it will have been a year or more when Levan vs Vitaly takes place. That will be the hardest match of Levan. Not calling the result but that is for sure IMO
Well winning on fouls isn't good either. Many people ignore that vitaly is a one-trick pony, once you stop his hit it's over, he doesn't have a press, he can't flashpin levan, therefore the result is pretty obvious. And I say that vitaly would have flashed morozov even before the Ermes match, morozov is a hooker, he can't hook vitaly

I also want to see Levan vs Ermes at first in December then may be next year Apr/May/June a match between Vitaly vs Levan.. Vitaly should train hard as a full time arm wrestler for 1 or 1.5year before facing Levan.. Meantime Vitaly should pull the winner of Jerry vs Kudrecha.. Also he should get the Left handed world heviweight title match in this time frame..
I wonder what's wrong with Levan's left. I can't imagine his tendon still isn't healed after all this time, so I'd guess he must have sustained some kind of nerve damage if he's still struggling to gain strength after all this time.
Wrist tendons and nerves are very tricky. Once you injured the specific spots its over sadly. I injured my wrist in straps like 13 yearsal ago and power is and pulling motion was never the same. I thought stem cell therapy would help him though

Pradeep, Why no respect for Laletin?? He is now pulling full-time, no more truck driving, and he seems to be on a heavy pancake diet. He has the frame and base strength to be perhaps the best SHW puller in the world (if Levan retires or falls from grace, that is). I think he beats Ermes in a rematch and maybe even takes a round from Levan. Maybe I'm being delusional, but I feel this can be reality.

Seems weird that has left would be that much weaker when he can curl so much weight with both arms on a barbell curl. Also he's done super well on a couple of left hand practice pulls we've seen in the last year or so.

While I kind of see the logic, Vitaly losing a very close match with Ermes as an argument for him not getting the title shot is the same as saying that Devon didn't deserve the match with Levan since he lost a close match with Genadi.
