This system must be industrially implemented and tailored in another way, the tool cabinet guided procedure e.g. with autodata or a specific OEM maintenance electronic coded manuals containing specific prescriptions... The mechanic has been guided to how do a specific job (of course if he is allowed for the procedure), the system explains in the details a worksheet data, a plans about what to do with links to all the reminders (torques to apply, pressures, where to start, how to dismount, how to mount, what to replace at what mileage or after working hours...) in how much time do the maintenance work (even with a productivity countdown), what particulars pay attention to and, of course, a summary of the tools required to get the job done... with possibility of custom variations for implementation on the field and remote check in and out of production/productivity bills... By his workstation the tech-guy can even start and stop work-bills in the remote office for invoicing and operate warehouse parts automatic reordering, standardizing and codifying the entire process... or more or less... the more common procedures cutting down dramatically communication times... In this way the procedures can be also implemented in ISO quality certificating system... more learn more earn... Of course in the system must only be used FSF software!!!
