I have been using XL Shundo BB Whiscash to hit 3300 in UL. I have used the same team this entity season in open UL with consistent success: Lead: Shadow A9 with charm Switch: XL Whiscash with Scald and Blizzard Closer: Swampert: HC/EQ Whiscash can flip switch against tons of things it shouldn’t when running blizzard (Giratina, Guzzlord, Verizion, Trevenant, etc.), by far the mvp of the team. It’s so bulky that it also hangs in against other waters that should dominate it with successful debuff luck like Jellicent and Tapu Fini. Poliwrath a bit more of an issue, but can be managed as Whiscash always gets at least 2 scalds off and leaves it under half health and often debuffed for A9 to charm down.
Thats me with the XL Lanturn, problem was that my Skeledirge kinda had nowhere to go, no matter if I switch fast or slow my Cress would end up against Tentacruel anyway, if I somehow farmed down Pidgeot with Lanturn I might have enough Surfs to outspam Whiscash, but in order to do that my Cress would have to win against Tentacruel (so no two Scald debuffs) and Skeledige somehow hold his own against Whiscash. If anyone have some idea of what I could do please tell me.
4:13 Oh my goodness I need scald debuff luck like this please and thank you! You’re not wrong there sir. I think all of the regionals need scald debuff like that
Hey is anyone else getting a glitch where your sneak damage doesn’t register? My opponents are throwing on the worst possible timing and I am getting no use from it. Lost a few games because of it now 😭
This season is very Scaldy! The buff Scald has this season is just wonderous it makes so much pokemon have better play like Whiscash as it just is so much better preferred over Swampert and pokemon like Tentacruel just got even better as it was a solid pokemon. The amount of debuff reliant the direction GBL seems to be heading doesn't seem too fun as it is mostly just a gamble to turn the tide on so much battles. Get a double debuff and the match just switches almost entirely while that back to back buff/debuffs in a row just completely wins switch.
Niantic logic - 1 pokemon with breaking swipe too dominant while every other mon with it becomes balanced....lets lower the 1 mon and destroy everyone else Also Niantic - lets essentially make Scald a 100% debuff move and make it the new breaking swipe
Today I hit vet for 1st time Henry and sets were like 4-1,5-0 then today 4-1,4-1 and 3-2 to go for vet due to a strong team which beats the poliwrath into oblivion 😂 Aka anti polwrath team😂
I have lost my intrest in PVP because too many Pokemon have too good debuff moves. It's like plyayng against teams with three Steelix'es. All debuffs should be removed imo.
