Eye opener !! On how much hard work goes behind saving those precious tiny lives. No doubt doctors are considered next to God. And Neonatologist a little more closer than GPs.
Really heartless doctors who dodge the anxious parents. They were terrible with extreme preterm baby and no one behaves to take responsibility. Worst experience ever. It is not enough if NICU is level 3 but the doctors should be responsible and competent!! You are playing with innocent lives!!
