@@ryzhov_art I like the little details such as the green man changing on the roads, this game looks very good already can't wait to see the finished result!
@@ryzhov_art Made me rewind to confirm what I saw. Such a small detail but that made my heart skip a beat. Seems like you guys are a team that really cares, cant wait!
as much as i love this. it feels like we just in a forever state of unfinished skate games - session, skaterXL great games but just never , ever being finished.
Session is and has been seen as the most realistic skating game to actual skaters. Seems like kids now a days think they're skaters because they skated on Skate 3 for years 😆
@@bluecheesewithwings2105 session is not even close to modded XL - not matter how much you try and say it is. it just isnt, its feels so stiff and outdated
@@jackwood1142 issue is, is that your comparing modded xl to vanilla session, of course a modded version of a game is going to shit on a completely vanilla version, session is ultimately better compared to vanilla xl
Damn bro I’m so glad all these devs have come together at this time to make games like this, Skater XL, Session, Skate 4, etc. We really need this as a skateboarding community
Wow wow realistic tech tricks.. Barcelona looking amazing, stunning. The streets.. The spot.. Exactly recreated (im local). The atmosphere. Only at 20% is mindblowing! Piece of art guys fr
Hopefully this company will listen to the skate community and communicate. We need developers to start becoming together with the people that support their game , it just shows that they care and passionate when developers show the appreciation unlike skater xl who hate their fan base , doesn’t communicate or listen to player feedback. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏻
@@BorisTheCheater Not when you guys want a skate game to be a parkour game. Look at Skate 4 it's being built with the help of RU-vidrs and it's not looking too good
Looks incredible. I have a wish list item: character tries to catch themselves when they bail! It’s not a make or break, but something I love in the skate games that hasn’t made its way to any other skateboarding games.
Yeah people don't just ragdoll, especially people who are good at skating, since 80% of starting learning to skate is learning how to manage not landing the trick, trying not to fall and if you do fall, learning how to fall correctly. It's like if you're walking and trip on something, do you try to catch yourself with your other foot and regain balance, or do you just accept it, go limp, and break your face? Ragdoll is funny, sure, and in certain situations people do just go completely limp, but 99% of those situations -- like getting shot in the brainstem -- I'm sure wouldn't apply to a skateboarding game. The only thing I can think of that could make ragdoll appropriate for a skating game is a head injury. That might actually be a good addition to extreme sport type games, adding an injury system where you can get injured and depending on how you land you could break a leg and the character would respond appropriately, or if you're not wearing a helmet and hit your head, than that is the only time a ragdoll type reaction would really work (and even then, there are certain postures the body exhibits after differing types of head injuries). It could act as like a PSA, giving a message explaining the dangers of head injuries. Try to break the stigma of wearing a helmet.
This looks really good wondering what pov we get when skating but loving all the skate games coming out been skating all my life never thought wed ever have this many sk8 games
I really would love for this game to get a kickstarter treatment like Session got, and maybe come to early access for Xbox as well. Keep grinding on this game and working only if it’s looking by little every few months or so… you have a solid foundation for something great here. I would love to be able to make content of this on my channel one day, if you ever start a kickstarter for this game, then I will for sure back you up ! 😎 💯
I guess Daniel answered on Instagram or Twitter: “it will be close to session but a bit different” “and in the best case you could choose the one you used to”
Killer job on the movement flow. Newer realistic skate games have been seriously slackin on that, especially the board throw down. I love sessions thru and thru, but im definitely excited to see this game grow. U can never have too many skate games
an old song but a great song. not only that but this looks almost better than skater xl with it's level of graphics and detail. sure the tricks need some tweaking but overall from the way the arms move down to the bearing of the wheels this game looks stunning.
Almost all skate games focus on the legs and forget about the arms and hands. You got the arms right. They move in almost erratic ways to balance things out, they fly up above the head to get height for a big ollie or flip... they wave around in a manual or grind. Not too much - not Pudwill or T-funk - but maybe Deedz
