Made a little edit from all the clips ive been getting in the first little bit of time ive had on the game, after playing skaterxl for so long it was weird trying session at first, but as you get comfortable on the sticks it makes the game actually enjoyable yet also frustrating...hmm kinda like real skateboarding!! enjoy!,

Imagine making a game, as a developer, putting so much time and effort into something, and then seeing people make stuff like this with the game you made. I honestly can't imagine what that could feel like. Creating a platform for a community to express itself through. Big props to Crea-ture for having pushed out such a polished product.

I love the difficultly increase from XL, actually battling tricks and landing them is satisfying. We just need grabs and better transition and its perfect imo

pro filmer tip i discovered, turn off pedestrians, place fencing around the area you are doing your trick, rode cones etc, turn pedestrians on max, they will all stay at the fence and look like an adoring crowd

Played all the previous 1.0 versions of the game and i thought this game would be always crap, but now we have the 1.0 i’m in love with it, there’s so much improvement in the physics and the animations are so much clean now

It’s all just the revert sensitivity and timing, you set your revert sensitivity just low enough that your not reverting when turning, that way you can still double tap the trigger to revert after tricks, it’s all just timing after that.

I use OBS on pc to record whatever line I film that way it just saves it to videos on your computer

How did you put all your clips together for your part with the game there's no way to do it in game just clip by clip

I’m on PC, so I use a screen recorder to capture the clips I want to use and then I use (ShotCut) video editor to edit everything how I want, clip by clip, until I’m happy with the final edit. You can also add music the same way but in the editor you have to separate the audio from video if you use songs from RU-vid.

@@KingDev902 if you have the Xbox companion app on your phone, you can log into your Xbox live on the app.. use your Xbox capture to take the clips you want that way it saves it to your HD, then it syncs with your Xbox app to easily find your clips on phone

Great video! I think I'm really good at this game I've played like 500 hours since lauch but I don't really know how to film a cool skate part, It would be great if anyone knows a good tutorial that can help me with the basics, I'll really appreciate it.

Thanks!, if your interested in getting better with the replay editor I would suggest JL Nightmares filming tutorials or even Milky. They both do a good job at showing how to keyframe, I personally use a lot of angles on one trick so you can pick and choose what angle looks better together when edited. Plenty of free video editing software out there as well, I use DaVinci and sometimes ShotCut to edit everything together.
