Levels complete games, with levels come depth, difficulty, progression and sense of accomplishment.
But just adding level won't complete your game. You need a system to give players level when they are ready and here comes "Level Unlock System".
"Level Unlock System" helps you to make sure the player play the required levels 1st to progress to more difficult or more in-depth levels.
So, in this tutorial we will be creating a simple "Level Unlock System" and to save our data we will be using Unity inbuilt Json solution.

Thank you for the great series. I have a question, what approach should you follow to have multiple save files of the same data ? Let say another player want to start a new session while keep the data of the first one ? Many Thanks

Are you calling ClearData(); in SaveLoadData script Initialize() method.

follow Github Code as its the end result. ClearData must be explained in Saving and loading part.

You can make Level Buy system easily. When you click on level buy button, just check the number of coins you have and number of coin required to unlock it. If CoinsYouHave >= CoinsNeedToUnlock, you unlock the level and subtract the coins. Check out the shop tutorial, there we are unlocking the cars, same logic can be used.
