About the host:
Alina is a workshop designer and facilitator, passionate about assisting companies in developing human-centered products, services, and processes through a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork.
During her tenure as a partner at Design Thinking Society, she and her colleagues developed and delivered co-creation projects and training sessions for local and international clients such as BCR, Carrefour, Deloitte, EY, Google, HP, ING, Leroy Merlin, Lidl, OAR, OTP, and Raiffeisen Bank.
Prior to joining Design Thinking Society, Alina accrued over 14 years of experience within some of Romania's biggest media, branding, PR, and advertising firms. In collaboration with her teams, she conceptualized and executed award-winning PR and advertising campaigns, as well as orchestrated compex events for both local and global enterprises.
Currently, Alina also serves as a lecturer at The Entrepreneurship Academy, teaching Design Thinking and Service Design courses. Furthermore, she dedicates her time as a mentor for Founder Institute, the world's largest pre-seed accelerator program.
