I've often wondered when the sermon during Lent as part of the Liturgical rite for the season, about the thief that went to paradise, started to become part of the Liturgy. I find it disturbing that it could be so easily misconstrued as a permission to steal contrary to St. Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologia, "Is it lawful to succor another man's property in times of need."

Have you heard of the new Omen movie coming out on April 5th (Good Friday)?? It's the prequel to The Omen and is about the origins of the antichrist. In this prequel (The First Omen) the mother is a nun. I found it interesting since I remembered you talked about the mother of the antichrist being a nun. I wonder if we are going to get told the truth of his origin through this movie because let's face it the movies and books have been telling us in our face what their plan is.

Those Catholics in the Eastern Rites started Great Fast/Lent YESTERDAY. And try their Fast rules. Marks pre-V2 rules look weak. Weak as defined by the Klingons.
