Nobody cares but I’m saying it anyway best way to get a head start on Dragon city is to as soon as you unlock the tree of life and the empower section in the tree of life have two terra dragons breed as many more terra dragons as possible and send them off to get terra orbs and empower one of your breeding terra dragons to 5 stars

I’ve almost finished making my second corset, and a tip for everyone making a corset: I don’t care how pretty the glitter tule or sequin fabric is it is hell to attach onto your fashion layer and sew together but hey it’s pretty! I have a very love hate relationship with sewing if you couldn’t tell. (Also if your wondering what cosplay it’s for it’s for a Lolita themed Alice in wonderland)

Hi Sarah, i love your videos! I'm personally more of a prop maker when it comes to cosplay and don't understand a thing about sewing (so far I asked my grandma whenever I planned a cosplay that's more niche). Naturally, I may understand half of the things you're explaining (at most) in your videos (but that's due to my lack of basic knowledge and not your way of explaining). However, your videos give me motivation to start looking into sewing as my next improvement step! Thank you for that! Also, you're videos are so soothing to watch and listen to that sometimes i just put on a random video just because it motivates me while working on my props. :D So thank you for all the great, fun and educational videos your do!

Ok, the crocheted mic cover is a nice touch lol "tiny [metal] mushrooms and...diet coke tabs" roflmao I gotta remember that one. And I thought I was the only one that geeked out about gingham lol and a gored-bust corset usually does flatten out breasts for the most part, as it makes more of a rounded shape for the rib-cage rather than a spherical shape for the breast itself. And now it's off to the interwebs to perform some digital spelunking for more gingham fabric after I see what I have left in my tickle trunk of fabric lol

Yeah, i use safety glasses when i sew. I dont need my glasses for close seeing and it makes my eyes hurt after a while, so when i sew i dont have anything protecting my eyes. I got SUPER lucky when a needle broke and got caught on the thread. The second time, it went flying across the room. And then in saw that one of the other online sewists said something about safety glasses, and i was like...😲 why didnt I think of that?! So i use safety glasses when i sew. And they proved their worthy because the third time i broke a needle, it bounced off the lens of my safety glasses. So, yeah 😅 safety glasses when sewing. Highly recommend

This gingham is super cute! Spoiler alert 🚨 the fit is 🔥 🔥 🔥 I completely endorse the tiny bit of cutting to push the “mushrooms” !The fact that it’s interfaced is going to hinder any fraying. In the future, if you wanted to, you could also sew eyelets by machine and then use a tiny hole punch.

you can also use pens to violently stab holes into fabric and separate the threads. it took me like 2-3 hours of stabbing, but i got the pen through 1 layer of cotton, 1 (or 2?) layers of interfacing and another layer of some kind of mystery drapery fabric for 20 4mm grommets on a potato vest. ngl though, i wish i had a whole punch the whole stupid time.

You would probably have a meltdown with my measurements, lol! I'm very VERY busty so yeah, corsets are a pain to find as well as make, lol. I do appreciate some of the tips I learned and it will help as I slowly progress into making my own. My friend made a few for me and I crocheted lace for her, but I moved and this was before Facebook and my space so we've lost touch. My body has changed and they no longer work as well as they used to, so store bought has been a thing, but it just does not compare to handmade!

I have a bit of a idea concept for you for one of your videos. I'm bringing it up to you because I think you could do a very good explanation on a lot of the hacks that are in this video that I found from 5-minute Crafts PLAY. I know a lot of the stuff they have on here probably would never ever work, but one or two of the hacks look like they may have some sort of interest for sewing in the cosplay community. I don't know, I thought you would have the knowledge to tell if any of these tips ACTUALLY were worth anything. The video is called "Great Sewing Tips And Tricks That Work Extremely Efficiently" (Spoiler, I know for a fact at least half are not) its the other half that I am unsure of if they are actually decent. I love your content and am actually using some of your corset making videos for trying to figure out making my own bodice since your Corset videos help with figuring out how to get the fit down. I hope my idea gives you a very quick vid whenever you need it.
