Levels of Organization (updated) 

1. A zygote is simply a fertilized egg. 2. A stem cell is a cell without specilization. Its main function is to differentiate into other cells e.g a stem cell becoming a bone cell. 3. Determination is the activation of the genes in a stem cell so it can realize its specific purpose why differentiation is aftermath of determination i.e the stem cell has activated a specific set of genes turning it into a type of cell different from the rest. 4. Cells are programmed to die during a process called apoptosis 5. Cell -> Tissue -> Organ -> Organ system -> Organism 6. Connective tissue Nerve tissue Muscle tissue Epithetial tissue. 7. Muscle tissue is able to stretch and contract. 8. Nerve tissue like neurons is able to transmit electric signals. 9. Epithetial tissue like skin and squamous cells covers the body. 10. Connective tissue lile bone, fat, tendons and ligaments connect the body
