Play Durge! You can do a good playthrough while playing Durge, and I would argue it is even more satisfying than the base game thanks to the additional content and context to your character’s arc.

I would recommend you try out Dark Urge at some point. It's a really great story and resisting Dark Urge can feel very rewarding 😄 And thank you so much! 🥹🙏

@@jetravenedit I don't think I can because of karlach and the others being hurt but mostly Karlach.

If you resist the Dark Urge, then none of them will get hurt. The scene in this edit with Karlach's head, is something you can do even if you aren't playing as a Dark Urge character. But in the end, I totally respect your choice, I can only say that I recommend trying it out 😊 Though maybe not as your first playthrough.

Thank you so much 🙏😄 I definitly thinks the Dark Urge is meant to be the "real" main character. Mostly because it's the only customizable origin character and you will not meet them in-game if you play anything else. Also if I remember correctly, the other Baldur's Gate games are also about Bhaalspawns.

We were 3 people working on the project, me, my little brother (the child you see), and my friend (Freddy). I had to write the story/plot, set up the scenes, record and edit. While the other two were simply my actors😂 It was a fun little project. Did the recordings in one day and editing over a weekend. You should really look forward to Dune part 2. It was definitely an experience. Can recommend watching it in the cinemas. The sound design, music and the visuals are stunning. And the overall tension build-up is great! The lost footage was kind of a bummer. Cause I was editing and knew which scenes I needed to get from the game, and so I played for 5-6 hours just to get these scenes. To then quit the game and look at the footage and for some reason the screen footage was lagging like crazy, the sound was fine tho. When I tried to convert the file to see if that would save it, it just broke the file, and it wasn't readable anymore... thankfully, I had made safe points in the game for all the scenes, so when I went back in a few days later, it only took me 2 hours to get all the footages again.

@@jetravenedit wow ngl cause I haven't seen many of the Freddy films I know it said fan trailer in the title but I legit thought it was just an edit of actual footage that's how well it was done, looking back at it again yeah I can see now how it's not but that first blind watch. If that was a school project Do you have a career/did you have aspirations in some form of film? I did film and media studies myself in school had to do a few posters and trailers ourselves but you definitely blew mine out the water in comparison 😂

It was actually just a gymnasium (high school) project. I took film and media as an extra class cause I thought it could be fun. I started editing when I was around 10 years old. So I don't have a career in this, actually. But I have made some commercials for different events and such. I did stop editing for many years, tho. As I felt completely burned out. Truth be told, my teacher in school did NOT like me. She thought I did too much I think. She actually didn't like my Freddy short film.😅 And making those commercials felt so unrewarding. Cause I was never satisfied with the result. Also a friend back then, had a tendency to be a bit "know it all". When I would edit, he would interrupt me and tell me how I should edit and such, since he had a job as an editor. The sad truth though, is that I had made the edit for him, which got him the job. So when I finally got into film school, I actually told them I wouldn't go. Because I was so burned out. And now years later, Baldur's Gate somehow made me want to do edits again. And the Rasputin edit was my first time trying to edit like that and now I really like it😄 So I try and do what I like and not just what other people think I should do. That's not saying I'm not still open to ideas and suggestions😊 And sorry for the long rant😅

@@jetravenedit not a long rant at all don't worry haha, it's nice to know more about you and the process. The negatives from that sucks to hear especially how you were basically cast to the side by others and ended being burnt out so I'm sorry to hear that but It is nice to see and hear that you're getting back into it all again and more importantly enjoying it too. That's definitely the right mindset to have I feel, do it for yourself and enjoy it your way first and foremost and I'm only one person but you're work is fantastic as I've said. You can do comedy/horror any Genre I feel and make it work, you have definitely got a brilliant mind for it all and it's clear for me to see that. 👍

Thank you so much! The things back then were kind of bummer, but that was then, and this is now. And I try to make the best of it and continue to make what I enjoy. While also trying to give you and all the other viewers and followers, the best I can make. And honestly, it's been so overwhelming, seeing how people actually watch my edits and enjoy them. I'm just so grateful and I love seeing all the comments. They definitely helps motivate me a lot. 😄🙏

Thank you so much😄🙏 The scene can be found in the goblin camp. When you go over to that guy they've captured, you can tell the goblins that you can do a better job of t0rtur1ng him. (Won't work if your a drow, since they will just leave. I had to change my characters race to high elf). Then afterwards you will get to choose what weapons you want to use against him. You get 2 chances to get him to tell you and the goblins, where the Grove is.

The random human hanging on that weird contraption I don't remember the name of😅 If your a drow the goblins will be scared and say something like "come let's go, I don't think I have the stomach for this". And then they will leave and you can free the prisoner😊
