Leveret - The Good Old Way 

Wonderfull this tune. It came to me on its own this morning, a good thing. I'm now listening to it non stop, just got up but completely worn out! It's gently rocking me like a boat on the sea waves. Just what I needed.

"Tráth Bha Rugadheat Críost" or "Tra Va Ruggit Creest" is a Manx tune that was used for the Manx Primitive Methodist hymn, "The Good Old Way". The Watersons recorded it in in 1975 on their album "For Pence and Spicy Ale". Leveret said The Watersons were their source.
