Well, against the beast titan, many soldiers had to sacrifice themselves so that beast titan won't notice Levi approaching him so ... Even he will need help of other soldiers
@@strikeofficial8128 that is why it is more accurate to say that he is a one man brigade as he needed the rest of the "division" to bring the beast titan down get the joke
What’s terrifying is he always has an option B when going in for the attack. Rewatch the fight with Female and Beast Titan. Go for the Eye, they counter with a punch? Circle around and slash the arm! Go for the Nape, they cover? Slash the Eye! It’s pick your poison for his enemies, unlike most who just try to go directly for the kill(nape), Levi is not concern in needing to take them down with one hit, he’s content with circumventing at times, bait an opening so he can counter. Truly a smart and powerful fighter!
Right. Titan Shifters are playing checkers, Levi is playing 4-D chess (the 4th dimension being time; Levi will wait for and/or play for time to get that kill-shot opening).
Don't forget that he learnt how to use odm by himself, without instructions from a very young age in the underground city. This likely meant that he adopted his own methods, supported by his unique blade wielding technique, which allows him to bring out the full potential of his odm
@@KatlegoMarias I miss Kenny, he would have been an incredible soldier during the raid considering his ODM skills is in par with the rest of the Ackerman's
Bro if he was there in the fight when zeke and Eren merged, they had NO CHANCE. Also they injured him for a dumb plot reason, why would levi risk his life by binding zeke to a thunderspear, ofcourse zeke can survive injuries cuz he's a titan, but levi can't. That was really dumb
Reminds me of that german luttwaffe ace pilot who is worth of an entire division just for destroying so many soviet assets throughout the course of war, his record is unbeatable, forgot his name, he even sunk an entire battleship by himself not one but twice😅, destroyed so many tanks and planes, and factories
He was going to be an absolute champion either way, but his small size likely helps too. Unnatural strength combined with low weight adds to his ability to move so quickly and, critically, change directions so quickly.
In this world where the enemy was titans (for the first part), Levi is definitely worth thousands of soldiers. But once they start fighting humans, then he's not worth nearly as much, because he could just be shot down with a rifle.
It’s not just that. While yes his physical abilities go beyond that of any human and his ODM skill is the best. He is EXTREMELY intelligent fighting wise. It’s not just that no Titan could match his speed, they couldn’t match his quick thinking aswell and combat prowess.
Levi learned ODM down in the underground slums. He was a kid when he had the gear. I recommend to watch AOT no regrets 2 part episodes. It's levi backstory. No wonder he is a beast with ODM
Levi is also of the Ackerman bloodline (like Mikasa), former direct guardians of the King. Ackerman's were genetically enhanced for their royal duties (heightened strength, speed, agility, stamina, healing). Ackerman's are only subordinate or near equal to Titan users.
The Ackerman's were the Founding Titans' guards before the creation of the walls, they were so feared that the king ordered to purge them all. Knowing how terrifying Levi, Mikasa and to an extent Kenny was with the ODM gear, I wondered how past Ackermans defended the king. I Imagined them being able to take down 4 to 10 meter pure titans with just daggers Lol.
@@applehead2004mj Both Kenny and Mikasa are top tier. Levi is the strongest, yes, but who other than a titan shifter or Levi is beating the other two???
This is why Marley underestimated Levi, they thought he was a myth but to their true horror all Myth came reality. And strange thing is he still survived
He's only been killing Titans for 5 years, he lived his first 29 years in the underground city, the reason he's so good at using his ODM gear is because the city was tight, narrow, cramped buildings that he had to maneuver through to get away from the king knights soldiers, that are only hand picked from the top 10 cadets in training and after being traumatised and bonding to Erwin, he inherits the "Ackerman gift" making him pretty much unstoppable
He just has the Ackerman genetics, further amplified by growing up in a horrible environment where you have to fight to survive. He was destined to be a monster
@thanikbharani9253 he won't be able to react to the attack by the time it lands. Like he's not in steam generating mode 100% of the time. Before he has any time to think his eyes might be slashed by levi.
