God Bless you as well James. I used to use the RU-vid Music Library. Then they changed it so that part of your RU-vid earnings went to the people who made the music that they previously encouraged you to use because it was free. I have been slowly going through all of my old videos and removing the RU-vid "Creator Studio Library" music in an effort to try bringing my revenue back up. The new versions of the old videos are now available on my new "Classic Truck Ranch" channel. I got a subscription to "Artlist" which has a better variety of music and once I use it in a video, the rules won't change down the road.

Great video! Rick, I'm gonna miss all these guys. After watching this I know I would have fit right in the crew. Damn you all sounded like my old crew of guys. I built houses all over for 30 plus years when I was learning, being the foreman or at the end it was my company. No matter where we are we do the same things and screw around the same. I will miss them. Great job again my friend.

That's an understatement Christopher. These guys are fearless. I do have to say though, although they seem pretty relaxed, I can tell that they are on high-alert and as careful as possible when it matters. They communicate alot, even when you think they aren't because its too loud.

If you haven't poured your flour in garage put heated floors in even if you don't hook it up right away put the pipes in floor so when you can buy the heater and hook it up it will be done nothing like laying on a warm floor

I'd love to do that, but we are working on a very limited budget my friend. If we are struggling to pay for enough gravel to do the pour, I'm not going to go and buy extra pipe. I've got an antique wood stove that will serve my needs just fine. Thank you for a good suggestion though and Thanks for Watching.

My guys broke the pull ropes on the small engines so many times I took them off and gave them a rope with a knot on the end and raped it around the piece that the pull thing attached to and never had to worry about it again!!! After repairing it many times I feel they sabotaged it to not have to work!!!

Broken equipment has been the source of countless hours of lost productivity. Legitimately broken or otherwise. The Emmert crew had that thing fixed pronto though. They don't like it when they can't do what they do with buildings.

We had one that absolutely would not leave fences alone Fred. It was even injuring itself. We just decided that it would be more useful in the Freezer and help us save on feed costs through the Winter. The house has been taking a toll on our funds.

Hey Rick, just curious why there are so many crawlspace vents on the foundation of the roadhouse garage? Is that a local code thing, or is there some other benefit?

Those are clearance holes for the metal to drop down into. The metal holding the house up has to have a place to go when we lower it onto the foundation thanks for watching Kent those holes will be filled in later.

I don't really pay attention to guys that go to police stations just to stir up problems for the people who work there. I've learned that when I leave the police alone, they leave me alone. They have enough jerks to deal with. I used to have their full attention all the time until I figured out that life is a lot easier if you just leave people alone and avoid unneccessary problems.
