Lewis Hamilton: Emotions of a Six-Time F1 World Champion 

The first time I watched F1 was when Lewis won his first championship! Now it is a sixth. So proud of you, Lewis!

I am in my 50s and live in the UK and I believe Lewis is the best athlete my country has ever produced He will not get the recognition he deserves until he retires. That’s just the way things are sometimes, but in the fullness of time he will be appreciated and cherished wholeheartedly by British sports fans We have seen him grow from self assured, almost cocky up start, to a thoughtful , articulate young man who seems at peace with the world and his surroundings He’s made mistakes along the way of course, and I am sure he’s done and said many things he regrets, but it cannot be easy being scrutinised constantly and growing up in the public eye...... as max Verstappen has discovered in recent years, despite his obvious talent Lewis is sometimes criticised as being arrogant but I’ve never believed that to be the case. He is always thankful and appreciative of his background staff and had always been a team player. People should not judge someone’s character based on superficial things like gold chains and a funky dress sense He deserves all the accolades that are coming his way. A remarkable racing driver and a remarkable man You have made one , random 55 year old black man from London very proud 👍🏾

It's an ominous message to his competitors when a 6 time world champion feels like he's not even at his peak yet and believes he can do better. The only person more dominant in elite motorsport at the moment is Marc Márquez. Thanks for an awesome year, Lewis, and bravo Mercedes.

Lewis Hamilton, in this interview, comes out as a very sensitive and meditative person. Great and fundamental attitudes for a human being, in my opinion.

Lewis was so sincere in this interview, clearly overwhelmed with emotions. And the way he spoke about his parents and Niki almost brought a tear to my eyes, damn, he did love this man for real. So many hateful people calling Lewis a hypocrite, a fake personality, but he IS and will always be one of the greatest in the sport. A true living legend. A real inspiration for me. Such an incredible talent and 100% deserved all he has achieved. And of course the team. Mercedes been nearly perfect for last 2 seasons, and that is insane. I never thought I'd ever say this, but I am very proud to be a fan of such a remarkable team and driver. And I am sure there is more to come. Congratulations.

I'm grown m grown and got kids from 16 to a couple of years younger than Lewis and man oh man does that young man make me feel so proud!! know how his family feels as we have all grown up with him since he became famous with his tantrums yeah I said it cause it's that strive for perfection which made him better than the rest!!wow I can go on cause this boy who I have never met or spoke too and does not even know that I exists yet this now young man has and will continue to bring me to tears yes people sobbing like a baby!!!But fu~k it's pure tears of JOY!!!!!
