He can be a proper whiny girl when things go wrong, same as Vettel, even though he somehow rather turns into a whiny boy. That being said, they easily keep perfect composure when they're out of the car because they're never stressed, but in a heated race it's a completely different story.
Honestly, he could smash Schumacher's record and still wouldn't get the credit he deserves, which he really does deserve. 2020 season will be very telling for him. If he wins that one, maybe then people will start to give him recognition for his skills
Peacewalker267 no because here in Britain people are deluded and have a false sense of security that if they tried and had the opportunity’s he had they stand a chance of being almost as good. Lewis is a special talent that goes under appreciated by many. But many like myself know how much of a god he is.
I was 14 when Lewis won his first title, 25 now and still no signs of slowing down. 1st black formula 1 driver Most successful British driver Most pole positions 2nd most race wins. Man is unbelievable
@@annother3350 don't try to be funny to be in F1 its all about money and lewis' dad never had enough for Motorsport F1 is reserved for the white elite, Lewis is an exception. The fact of the matter is that black/people of color find It difficult to even get in F1 let alone win 6 World Championships
@@medler2110 How did you get that?! Most of the richest people in the world are not of colour so it wouldn't be out of place to say statistically how a sport of 20 people struggles to find people of colour. Look at Barack Obama he was the 1st black president and that was in 2008. Being a American President is stereotypical reserved for funded, well educated men who are respected. It's just the fact of the matter that 200 years of slavery and 200 years of abuse to Africa has hampered Black Peoples progress a bit, but don't worry we're succeeding ✊🏾
Chrissy Jr. Because you can tell lewis (who is the best British f1 driver of all time) is actually trying to be informative about his passion, but keeps getting interrupted by cringey jokes. Kinda the talk show atmosphere anywhere unfortunately.
@@Nebechadnezzar And you can tell the woman that keeps asking questions is legitimately interested and wants to hear more from him but they both keep getting interrupted by RG trying to stay relevant when the only things he's done recently are mediocre-at-best Netflix specials and controversial social media posts.
@@aqueilas7391 nothing special about Ricky Gervais being a boorish idiot, LH is a 6x world champ and everyone else is much more interested in chatting with him about what he does (and cracking jokes along the way, it is, as you so astutely point out, a comedy show). Besides, it's not polite to interrupt 🤷♂️
@@theicecreamman_2443 That would be the most boring interview in the world. Everyone including the audience knows that you need to be light as an F1 driver.
Lewis Hamilton is an absolute gentleman, he deserves & earns respect, a fine example of what a sportsman should be, such technical issues in the sport today, respect too Mr Hamilton snr for the support he gave his son in his quest to fulfill his dream, u make us all proud Lewis, 🥂 🎊 bravo
Gentleman? Great driver of course and a champion, but non even close to that, let's remember what he said a few years ago while talking about Schumacher I don't need to cheat, like someone did not too long ago Is very easy to attack someone that can't defend himself
@Marlo Goodsby yeah man I know it's really popular and all but the thing is people often talk more about Jimmy Kimmel or Jimmy Fallon than Graham Norton
I despise the fact that everyone is taking f1 like a joke in the first minute. It's like they dont even understand what formula 1 is and how complicated and demanding it is. Lewis is being very passionate and patient in explaining about his sport while everybody else is taking it like a joke and laughing at him
Sir Moke your the type of guy who will never understand the world of motorsports and everyone who is in this type of sport will obviously turn againts you, especially after you said that the pinnacle of motorsport is a joke
I had a chance to give him a hi5 after he won the F1 race, around this time last year - he is shorter and smaller than I expected - but looked so happy
@@billsamuls7620 Lewis among the 5,000 tax-payers in the UK due to his work for the Brackley-base Mercedes and he paid over $2.6 millions in taxes for his homes in the UK. He also donates millions each year to charities.

Would’ve loved if he could’ve explained the steering wheel buttons and what some of the important ones did instead I got some clown interrupting Lewis asking to see his squat routine 😪
Rohan sweat, focus all the senses that make racing fun! In the moment you don’t feel a thing. It’s the second you see the checkered flag and get out that car you feel all the sweat, and sore hands, neck all that.
@@Richard_allrich Also the physical exertion of working the brakes is tremendous. Not to mention keeping your head up straight when you go around the corner at 180kph and suddenly it weighs 50-60kg. Furthermore, the drivers are also much much MUCH closer to the engines of their cars (which rev at 6000rpm IDLE and max out around 15000rpm), which are tremendously hot.
I am hurt as an engineer, by these people's vague comments. That guy sitting next to you plays with life and death, not with body lotion or makeup like you people. Give him the respect he deserves, he's a sporting great!
@@norhafizanmohdnor3463 Do you people realize that this is a late night tv program for entertainment purposes? Also nobody made a joke about their lifes they were just having innocent laughs. Why is everybody in this comment section so stuck up lol
The universe was showing off when Lewis Hamilton was made. My Next Guest needs no Introduction with David Letterman showcases what a great guy Lewis Hamilton is. His relationship with his Father is a joy to behold. Lewis's Father made so many sacrifices so his son could race his kart when he was so very young. Lewis is a beyond fabulous young Man. Australia.
If we are talking facts he is the greatest with 5 world championships next to Michael Schumacher with 7 and he is young he can easily win a couple more with his skills, to be the greatest of all time!
@@malamute4793 yes his car is better then anyone because Mercedes have a bigger budget but so is Ferrari, Red bull and McLaren and he still manages to become the better player!!!
Yes, it "hurted" me too that he did not talk about his tyres in the 2nd lap or how his team mate is not allowed to pass him or how difficult his race is going to be with the best car.
@@jakefabian He prolly means the "Valtteri, it's James". Which is outdated and not even as bad as Ferrari's team orders at Australia, but you know, haters.
Lewis Hamilton is the most interesting racer. The 1st time I cared for the information, and I now realize how physically challenging racing is. Came for the looks - stayed for the info.
To everyone complaining about the constant joking, they'd just come off some serious stuff about his dad and training, the interview was swinging into a lighter mood.
When you are the only petrolhead in your group and your friends who don't know a thing about automobiles start a discussion about cars. I feel ya Lewis. 😔
When the video starts. 1:18 Me: Thought some explaination of some buttons on the steering wheel End of the video. Me again: Hmm, not a single button explained🤷♂️
None of these guys knows that the world's most deadliest sport is F1 but treating the world's greatest champion Mr. Lewis Hamilton like a kid in a sports car! Respect him. Of course the people who truly love him are his family and the fans like us. God bless you Hamilton we love you.
I never watch F1 racing, but I never knew how much consideration is put into the driver himself like weight and stamina and so and so forth. Bc you don't think about that when you drive a normal car like "why does the driver have to be in shape he's not doing any work the car is"
Equality for everyone is fine, however, she didn't threaten or even say anything overtly sexual. She said, "I'd like to watch that." If it is sexual in your mind then that is where the problem is.... in your mind.
@@DanaWebster1 she was talking about watching someone doing squats. notice her tone and expressions, it's fairly transparent. even the audience picked up on it.
Lewis is the most down to earth person i have seen in formula 1 history, actually in sports history one of the top 3 most down to earth human beings and celebrity characters EVER!!! Along with Novak Djokovic and Juan Martin Del Potro.
they think asking how much you weigh is an offense question... weight is purely logic based as he explained, if you can't say your weight then you don't have logic
2:36 - Miss Im-am-feminist literally telling a man she wants to watch him do squats. Role reversal...and watch a man saying that to a woman at the top of her craft and being run out of town for it.
