Thank you so much bro You made feel confident buying this product, But i have one question I want to run an operating system like kali linux Is it ok to run it from this?? And thanks again
I'm also struggling to find that information, but I think it's TLC and the NQ-versions might be QLC. That said, it might not matter a whole lot, because they're supposed to be fairly good in performance and very durable. - Just note that the NQ-version is a little slower and less durable than this NS-version. - That's all I know.
@@DigitalDavid Hey! Thanks for responding. Yeah it will great to see what is really inside: controller chip, DRAM chip. It would be very useful when wee see the manufacturer and die model.
Love this. We will try our best to get more technical in the future. I know DRAM is important and defiantly something we have missed in our ssd content!
No issue! Now we don't currently have it in any machine at the moment! Help us think of a way we can connect tons of drives and run them 24/7 for months/years ha!
@@DigitalDavidIt actually does you just have to install the PS4 OS In it, I installed it recently on mine because I had the original Model with the terrible 500Gb HDD, so far so good and even if it isn't a dramatic upgrade going smoothly between menus and shorter load screens on some games are great
@@robjoseph8546 Can't say for sure because I have a PS4 fat but I would anyway just because of the extra storage which is always nice on those console with terrible download speed, you'll be able to keep more games without deleting to make space for newer one + the other perks from above which should be a thing on the slim too
