It's not a MOPED. That stands for Motorised Pedal Cycle. The capacity has nothing to do with it. To be a MOPED it must have pedals which can propel the vehicle.

Love lexmoto scooters the biggest problem. I’ve had with them is after a short time of ownership they start to judder when you pull away a very annoying fault ,I clean off the clutch and its alright for about a day and keeps doing it again but they are ok when you get up to speed and all the bikes I had were new bikes so I stopped buying them
