Hi, great installation video so clear and easy to follow. I just wanted your opinion, do you think this would work with the gs450h? same year/model. I'm guessing I'd lose the hybrid screen information but it wouldn't affect anything else thx
Hey mate, thanks for that video. I read all comments but didn't find the question I'm trying to understand. Original Lexus screen shows on-board computer indicators such as average consumption and range. Will this Tesla screen also show that information?
Great video and install! I also have a 2006 GS300, I was looking at getting a Grom VL2 but this appears to offer all the same features but more, and obviously a new sleek look. Would you recommend this over the Grom? Also, I don't have Nav or a backup camera... will that be an issue? Could I easily add a backup camera to this system? Thanks!
I've just bought a 2005 GS300 and am interested in this upgrade. Are all the features like air con system etc replaced by this panel still fully functional through the screen?
I just went on the website he linked and found the product and in the picture it had the car with the ac control system honest so I believe that’s the case.
Hey bro, I just watched your video and was madly impressed . I had a LEXUS GS 300 2009, and I would like to install that big screen on it. So, do you know where I can buy that big screen online cause I live in Australia.
In the video, you said you hid the mic. Where did you hide it? Also, I thought the GPS module would need to be on top of the dash. Tucking it up inside also allows it to connect to satellites?
GPS does not need to be stuck on the dash, as long as it is nice and high under the dash there are no issues we have done it that way for years and it looks CLEAN
I managed to wire my mic and GPS where the old mic used to be at the top of the car. For the mic the length of the cord was barely enough to make it to the unit, so you really want to wire it as efficiently as possible
My bf got the same one and installed it perfectly but we are having a problem setting the time zone to California. It keeps going back to China as the location. And Siri seems not to be working when my iPhone is linked text messages are not being read. Can you help with this? Appreciate you!
Does this work for 2011 gs350 I ask because I’ve been trying to connect and about 6 plugs don’t plug in mainly the power one and the unit won’t come on
Hi mate, thanks for the I stallation video, love to get hold of the unit, I am uselessness with these type of job,is there an installer in Perth wa,how much does it cost to buy the unit and cost to install by a professional, and where I can have it done, much appreciated.

Hi how are you I have a Lexus RX330 I want to buy one of these units from China for my car I’m just wondering if you’re in Sydney do you fit them if you do fit them I would love for you to fit it on my car how can I contact you Fernando.
Me too, I bought a GS460 JDM about two and a half years ago and researched Android replacement head units extensively - they were all way too compromised with bad things like long bootup times, poor quality sound due to not using the factory amp properly etc. so I ended up just getting the OEM console converted to English and adding a Bluetooth adapter to the AUX port in the centre storage box - BUT - I think things have improved a lot since then - the bootup time still concerns me though, as it seems a lot of them are now much better than they were a couple of years ago - but some of them still take 30 seconds or more to start up.
