I have had a very annoying rattling sound while driving at any speeds below 40mph since I purchased our 2017 Lexus LX570. I also had noticed that the starfish shaped center caps on the wheels were loose, all 4 of them were loose. BUT What I didn't realize is that the noise while driving was from the loose center caps. I tried to repair them and they are still loose. I can probably wrap some tape around them to make them fit tighter, but I did not want to do that.
I then found that the overseas (non-USA) LX570's from 2016-2022 had the option to go with a smaller solid center cap for the wheels. I got 4 of them ordered, installed them in this video, and now there's no more rattle while driving. And they look cleaner too in my opinion.
