I have both and then realised I could have saved a £1000 by not buying it lol c2 still amazing wouldn’t upgrade till next year tbh c2 delivers everything the c3 does 😊
Got a good deal on 42 incher C2 yesterday. It was a display unit that was used for a couple of weeks before the store I bought it from replaced it with a 48" LG C3. Checked the on-screen hours and it was around the 400 hour range. Took it home with a full warranty and only set me back for $648.
Everyone seems to agree that the C3 is not enough of an upgrade over the C2 to warrant the price. BUT for some reason, the C3 is currently CHEAPER than the C2 at Amazon and Walmart...so in that case, is it a no-brainer to choose the C3 over the C2?
You might want to check out Sony. I saw it on the showroom side by side and so y blows lg out any day. I however chose lg because it had huge discount. Money is the king 😒
LG got smart as they realized most people were not upgrading. Now, as of 12.30.23, the C2 is barely found anywhere, but when you do, it's the same price at the C3 😂. Now they can report all the millions of C3's they sold
The C2 isn't really available anymore. And the few examples left, that are new, are exhorbitantly priced. So when I got the opportunity to get a C3 for $863 + tax, I went for it. They will be out of stock by mid December...
currently have c2 55 inch and I'm kinda hesitant doing firmware updates. I noticed that long pressing settings button used to show the game optimizer interface and now its gone. I also see some users having issues with their ARC and HDR.
Just bought a 65" C3. Was looking for a C2 but when the C3 released it seemed stores in my area replaced the C2 right away. At least the C3 was $400 at Bestbuy so i grabbed it. Its been terrific. PS5 has been stellar on it.
@jasonprice9823- Are you saying you got a new 65" C3 from BB for $400.00? I think this is a mistake because I have been watching BB's price since the beginning of the year and so far as of today, the best price they have listed it was $1,559.00. There is no one selling a 65" OLED TV of any make for $400.00!! I think you have a typo JP.
I've seen the c3 in person and it looks amazing. Since I haven't seen the c2 so c3 for me. Ive seen other tvs that are the lgs direct competition and imo the lg picture is better.
@@JohnS858 Taizen OS is the worst OS. Web OS for LG and Google for Sony are the best. Also, I feel the Samsung's colors are overly exaggerated, they don't look natural. Overall, Sony OLED is the best bet.
I think you meant upgraded to the Alpha 9 Gen "6" processor in this rushed horrid overview. The C2 also had the updated menus and gaming menus. Thats why you leave these videos to the Nerds on here. All they do is TVs. Why I skip past channels like this.
Why are u showing a monitor in the video? This is the most stupidest review I've seen thr c2 had the game optimizer your coming across as someone who doesn't own either the c2 or the c3
