The freezer door is not closed properly. The place where the refrigerator is installed is not appropriate. Food is blocking the air vent, please check those, also the temperature of the fridge must be freezer side -18 and fridge 3 or -19 and 4 if still not cooling unfortunately a technician need to come out. My fridge temperature was originally set to -19 degrees. Mistakenly I pressed the button while cleaning, and it changed to -22 degrees. How can I set it back to -19 degrees? I'm located in Switzerland. Could you kindly help?

I purchased the LG knock knock fridge last month. It already stopped cooling nicely, and there is onion smell everywhere even though I haven’t put any onion inside it. I have been using a basic SHARP fridge purchased 10+ years back by my dad which still performs better than the brand new LG I purchased, and doesn’t smell. I don’t understand what I did wrong 😑

@@LGService4u LMXS28596S /01 purchased in the U.S. in December 2019. The compressor had to be replaced which cost $500+ in labor costs. Now the icemaker's tray does not flip ice into dispenser.
