The freezer door is not closed properly. The place where the refrigerator is installed is not appropriate. Food is blocking the air vent, please check those, also the temperature of the fridge must be freezer side -18 and fridge 3 or -19 and 4 if still not cooling unfortunately a technician need to come out. @@LGService4u LMXS28596S /01 purchased in the U.S. in December 2019. The compressor had to be replaced which cost $500+ in labor costs. Now the icemaker's tray does not flip ice into dispenser.
