What is the expected life of this battery? Not how long does it last before needing to charge. I mean, how many months or years should the battery last, based on say, weekly use for 5 mins?
Hello, Michael! Great question! The LG A9 Cordzero's battery recharge time takes about 120 minutes after use and battery recharge time is about three and a half hours. The life expectancy is listed here; spr.ly/6050OjUKA. Hope this help, but if you need additional help, we are a click away. ~Rita
@@LGUSASupport Thankyou for the reply. However, this link doesn’t answer this question at all, and nor does your reply. I repeat, how many months or years does this battery last, based on typical use?
Greetings, Michael! We have learned that the vacuum's use and equipment maintenance have a significant impact on battery life. But overall, the minimal lifespan is three years, or 1,000 charging cycles. Thanks for reaching out. ~Rita

Hi, Diana. Good question. If you are referring to how long does the battery last, it actually depends on the mode you set, or you're using. Here's the list of each battery duration for each mode: In Normal mode (Handheld) 80 mins Normal mode (Stick) 60 mins Power mode (Stick) 18 mins Turbo mode (Stick) 12 mins We hope this is helpful. ~Bridge
@LGUSASupport I was really excited when I bought this vacuum, however the battery does not last long, approx 15 mins in normal mode. Can’t even clean my small house with one charge. I am disappointed and thinking about returning it.
