Chad Kosinski treats us to a boat ride and a three day camping trip!
This is one of our early trips with LGF Hall-Of-Famer, Chad Kosinski. First morning begins with a boat ride at dawn. After a few hours we return to shore, but not before the fishing gang lands two Mahimahi (Dolphinfish).
Later we catch up with the rest of our weekend friends at base camp. Everybody is keeping busy catching bait for the Giant Trevally (Ulua) rods and reels.
A lot of good bait candidates are captured: Hawaiian Hogfish (A'awa/Table Boss), Unicorn Fish (Kala) and Moray Eel (Puhi).
But Monae caught a fish that is too good to be used for bait. Bigeye Emperor (Mu) are highly prized dinner table fare, so that one's going in the cooler!
