To wrap up AAPI month, we are highlighting our LHMC South Asian Cardio-Metabolic Program! The program works with South Asian patients, who may be at an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and kidney diseases, and provides them with services such as blood-test screening, prevention, lifestyle counseling and more!
