Lets admit. His voice is never going back to the 90s. But he has one hell of a loyal fanbase with me included. U can call me biased all day but i still enjoy his style and his new songs.
I've seen him 2weeks ago performing live for an hour+ and i can tell you that his voice is back, not exactly the same but compare to these last years it's really not far!!! But he's still not warming up before the set so the first song is still not "at the top" . The live was just great, nothing more nothing less but great.
Love it, English bands are the best :) Love Germany anyway, The Silver Beatles also played Germany in Hamburg and progressed as a group that became The Beatles ;) Fantastic 💜
In my defense, all my intentions were good And heaven owns a place somewhere for the misunderstood You know I'd give you blood if it'd be enough Devil's on my doorstep since the day I was born It's hard to find a sunset in the eye of a storm But I'm a dreamer by design and I know in time, we'll put this behind For what it's worth, I'm sorry for the hurt I'll be the first to say, "I made my own mistakes" For what it's worth, I know it's just a word and words betray But sometimes we lose our way For what it's worth Behind the lens is a poison picture you paint And let's not pretend you were ever searching for saints 'Cause I've been crucified for just being alive Somewhere in the crossfire of this whispering war Seems that I forgot just what I was fighting for But underneath my skin there's a fire within Still burning For what it's worth, I'm sorry for the hurt I'll be the first to say, "I made my own mistakes" For what it's worth, I know it's just a word and words betray Sometimes we lose our way For what it's worth The first bird to fly gets all the arrows Let's leave the past behind with all our sorrows I'll build a bridge between us and I'll swallow my pride For what it's worth, I'm sorry for the hurt I'll be the first to say, "I made my own mistakes" For what it's worth, I know it's just a word and words betray But sometimes we lose our way For what it's worth
For a Liam Gallagher, he sounds very good here. Enjoyed that. And the song is pretty good - liked it very much, since I heard it on the radio the 1st time. Very Beatles ish.
Whhat the actual fuck. This must be the weirdest Liam gig I've ever seen. Was it directed by David Lynch??? Lol. Anyway, he's a top bloke, finished the whisky sooner than the lady could finish the sentence.
no idea, i looked around and just found that it aired on the 25th but not sure when it was recorded. Hope he comes back to Boston though seeing as he's feeling better for New York
Nobody gonna mention the fact they've had to shift the song key a whole tone down? I think even Liam must know his voice is going, it just can't stand the strains of regular performance these days.
I think its specific to rock singers like Plant and Liam who sing with tight throats and a lot of power. The old crooners sound great well into old age cause their singing is so relaxed.
His busy appearance schedule is weighing heavily on his voice. It's sounds like he's really struggling with the high notes....the studio recordings sound epic though like the Liam Gallagher of old...
