Great video mate, between KOTA and the Redbull Megaloop Challenge, you rocked this year, very impressive performances and very ispirational for us normal kiters...keep going strong
Very inspiring Video. I mainly found you because you had the most unique Style out of all the kiters. Training will be worth the work next year! Greetings from Germany
That was one great piece of work here! So sick! Commitment in the broadest sense of the word. So hungry for that podium. Shame only one person can be on the top. Maybe some day the sport of bigair kiteboarding will be big anough to devide it into more disciplines. Right now the judging criteria make up what tricks to do to win. But we have to be super glad that you choose to take the path of your own style. Absolutely top nodge performance on the RBMegaloop as well. Crazy, was nice to meet you there in that final moment (I was a beach camera assistant) where you were so curious wether you had won. Seriously could have been anyone but for sure I have never heared the crowd screem so loud on one of your radical tricks so...I thought the change was high. But no shame in givving it away to a performance that Ross and Ozzy gave eather.
You’re truly an inspiration for so many kiters around the world! Keep it up Liam!!! Congrats for the result! And hope to see you again climbing up just one step to your right in that podium!!! 💪🏼
Keep charging Liam! Your heat in KOTA 2019 where your kite was lost and then you borrowed an Fone but it wasn’t pumped enough and then borrowed that Dice was the nuts! You should of been on the podium. 2020 will be your year 🤙
The final was a tough one indeed, all three riders with a unique own style and killing it. Your powered rawness combined with technical maneuvers is just sick to see, but as you say so yourself KOTA looks a lot at height too. A change in equipment to get a boostier kite and/or straps for board offs could be a good strategy. In the end, that's also what Kevin did, switching to Pivots. Looking forward to see your performance next year - if you combine your already established superpowered technical style with even more height, next year you could get Gold.
Kevin won because he does board offs, they look sick and get the crowd going, but that’s not something you ca do if you always ride with boots, btw, were you wearing boots during the injury? I don’t even own a pair of boots, Call me old school
I got injured on straps... I feel way more comfortable in boots and I can ride with more power and speed but to win the king of the air its almost impossible in boots..
