Thank you. In the early 90s I stayed a weekend in Liberace's LV home as a guest of his good friend Vince Fronza. Vince also used to invite me to stay in Liberace's Palm Springs home whenever I visited the US. I heard many wonderful stories of Liberace's kindness to others, many of them first hand from family and friends who dearly loved him. Suffice it to say, Liberace was a kind and gentle soul. More recently, several months ago I met with the present owner of the LV home, Martyn Ravenhill, while he was visiting Sydney. He is truly dedicated to restoring the home to its former glory, and in his own right, he is also a kind and generous man. Very much a gentleman. Just to mention, what you refer to as a solarium was actually the glass roof of the famous Moroccan Room. Blessings!

+Phillip Wilcher I'm really happy that Mr. Ravenhill is investing a lot of time and resources into the place. I live in SLC, and have driven by that place for years, and I cant tell you how sad it was to see its state in the past. Really dismal, literally falling apart. Empty for several years before he bought it, so it is very cool to see him bringing it back. I wonder what he is intending to do with it? Cheers! C

+Lars Mortensen He is dedicated to preserving Liberace's memory by fully restoring the home. I'm happy you are happy. I believe it may well in time become a museum to honour Liberace. Let's hope so! Blessings Lars.

Thank you for this 'tour' of Liberace's former house and museum. Everything changes over time but we can still remember how it used to be - also, really like your nice comments on Liberace. He should be remembered as the man he really was, not the recent depiction of him in 'that movie'. He would be happy to know so many still care.

+Anne White I went to that museum about 10 years ago when it was still open. They were very strict about pictures, but very interesting! A mirrored piano, etc. He was supposedly a very nice Thanks for watching !

One of the web sites says Liberace's LV home was sold to the current owner for $500,000 That is a real bargain for what is described as a mansion. But I am sure the current owner is having to spend several million dollars to completely restore it.

I would love to get inside it and video in there. I don't know how much money he is having to spend on the interior I think it was pretty much the same. but you're right he may be having to spend a ton of money on mechanical parts of the building and certainly the outside. there are other videos of Liberace himself inside this particular home. that neighborhood is completely awful you should see it it's really interesting that he chose to build that there

A video shot early in 2015 showed the inside of the LV house through the front glass door and through windows. The house was complete empty and the outside of the house and the grounds needed repairs. Your video, Captain Borax II, shows repairs have been made to the outside of the house but the door and windows are covered so we cannot see what is inside the house. Is the house now full of elaborate furniture or is there much to be done on the inside? Hopefully, the new owner will soon allow someone inside to shoot a video showing how the house looks now.

Dont give up your day job, if you have one. A tour guide you are not, facts are important not ramblings. perhaps a little research 'may' have helped you stumble through.

That cleared up my so called bad research! You said nothing, typical of idiots that hide behind a RU-vid no identity and criticize lol. 0 balls
