She can choose to not challenge the allegations, thus admitting the allegations are true by default (and if they're not true she would earn a nice pay day), or challenge them and have dirt in her past brought to light AS EVIDENCE even if the initial accusations turn out to be false. Either way whatever skeletons she is trying to hide are real.

This is legal precedent already.....most cases get thrown out due to the public figures status as a public figure....even the pacs lawsuit can get thrown out cause they are treated the same as a public figure.
