Liberty of the Seas - My Initial Thoughts on First Sailing | Royal Caribbean 

We just got off of Liberty and you are 100% right about the artwork! I commented that you cannot find one person smiling in any of the art! Very Strange for a cruise ship!

Seems like Liberty will be sailing out of NJ a lot. I will be on there in June 2023. I think they were showing a kid's movie in that theater because the Screen on the pool deck has been broken for a long time for the many videos I've seen.

Kind of a bummer. We usually sail Princess but we are going with a friend on Liberty in January for her birthday. It’s only a 4 day so it should be doable.

Last New Year on Liberty they had a really good singer guitar player in the pub. We went to see him every night he played. I enjoy the different musical venues and people watching on the promenade.

Great update and congrats on the place in Miami. I'm thinking about moving there myself, for the easy cruise access.

Wow we just got off the Liberty of the Seas and also our first Royal cruise. We had a great time and the crew was awesome. We purposely looked at the framed pictures in the stairwells because I watched this video before we went, lol they were odd. Food was really good and the embarkation/disembarkation process was unbelievably quick, faster than we have ever experienced.

Children of the corn...lolol. Going on this ship next week! Hope I don't see those pictures. I might not be able to sleep!

Well, this sounds pretty good to me. I notice that amplified ships also sometimes come with amplified upcharges! I think for the fall Canada cruises, it sounds just right. I don't mind old decor, and since I don't have little kids, I prefer the older ships with less thrill stuff, but I don't like worn out staterooms, so hope that is not the case.

Me and my wife did this same exact sailing in a interior promenade view stateroom. Everything you said is 100% spot on!

I just got off the freedom and understand why you love it so much. It was an amazing introduction to Royal Caribbean

We sailed on Liberty back in October out of Galveston and had a ton of fun! I was surprise to see that the Windjammer didn't have hand washing stations but the hand sanitizer ladies were fun w/ their outfits and enthusiasm. We've only experienced Voyager and Freedom Class ships and already enjoy them so much. We can't wait for our first Oasis Class (Harmony & Allure) sailings next year!

Hi Brandon. I'm booked to sail on this ship for your group cruise coming up at the end of next month. Thanks for the heads up about having to look at that hideous carpet! This cruise, I'm not going on it because of the ship (I love the big ships), I'm going to meet you and other members of the group to have fun. I'm sure that won't be a problem. I don't do any social media, so this is where I can get all of my updates. Will you be posting where we're going to be meeting, activities, etc., for the upcoming trip? The only thing I'll be doing Monday morning upon disembarkation is driving back home to Volusia County. Also, I'm assuming Liberty has a "Next Cruise" on the ship? I want to book the Icon while on board.

You didn't even show us the boat

As much as I look forward to learning and seeing all about Liberty, I am going to view her as a lifeboat bringing me to Bermuda next June and consider her my floating hotel! Salmon carpet, weird pictures, bring it on....if I have to eat room service from my aft JS balcony so be it...I'll be in Bermuda! Granted, this doesn't sound like a very good ship to be doing the weekend south Florida cruises though.

We sailed liberty in august and it’s what sold me on cruising! I’ve sailed 4 times since then! She has a lot to offer!

Hey Brandon really enjoy your videos I'll be going on the Liberty of the seas in January for a Fortnite cruise also enjoyed all your videos on the freedom of the seas will be traveling on that and on your recommendation we did book the hump balcony keep them coming really enjoy watching your videos and keep on cruising

I went on Liberty out of Galveston in January 2017 and thought it was OUTDATED then! I am so glad to be going on the Adventure and Allure during Feb/March 2023. Went on TA on Wonder and that was just too much ship for me, but definitely a wonderful ship.

I thought it was a beautiful ship, but the halls were stinky! I would sail on her again though.

How can you afford all this stuff. I live in Plantation.

The ice show needs to be revamped, sooo dated. Also they need to get rid of Saturday Night Fever and do a revue show instead.

Any idea when it will get its rescheduled amplification?

Terrible review full of petty whining. Color of the carpet? Artwork not to your liking? Wood is too dark? Come on! If these silly things annoy you, then maybe cruising isn’t for you.
