Liberty Premium Fan Co, LLC. 29" ceiling fan in polished brass, still in the original box. Liberty has always been an interesting topic of conversation, since they used leftover Homestead stock parts and apparently used them in any way they could to sell a complete fan unit. Essentially parts bin fans. This one uses the Homestead blades and blade arms on a much more generic stock motor unit. It actually has a pretty sizable motor in it (especially for a 29" fan, this was definitely supposed to be a 42" fan), kind of reminds me of a 42" Craftmade Decorative in overall nature. It absolutely flies, and moves pretty good air directly underneath, as you'd expect with a small fan. You can hear quite a lot of hum in this video, which never was really an issue before. Once again it's an example of differing acoustics and characteristics in this space. I'm finding some fans that were otherwise quiet in the past have a very specific range of vibration that resonates like crazy with the sheetrock, which in turn also vibrates all of my lighting and the entire thing turns into a symphony of noise. That aside, performance is very good and I just adore tiny ceiling fans so this one is always a favorite.
