Question, what if some made a unsuccessful attempt but messed up my keypad, means breaks it. What are my options to open and take custody of my stuff inside? Looks like it’s a loophole or bug of this safe which doesn’t have a key 🔑 as a second option to open it. ?
If you have a Liberty safe hopefully you registered it through their website, www.libertysafe.com. Liberty has a 5 year warranty on the locks. You just need to call Liberty for troubleshooting over the phone however, if they can’t help over the phone they’ll send a locksmith out to help.
@@lalkitab1952 That’s for our service/calls. The Frisco store hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p and Saturday 9a-4p. Sorry, Google doesn’t allow us to differ service from retail hours.
We can add biometric locks, yes, but the factory does not install or offer it with. You would order the safe and pay for the biometric lock separately.
The Liberty Premium Home safes are currently made overseas. However, the other safes in Liberty's line up are American made. They do not hide anything at Liberty, they place a Made in the U.S.A. sticker right under the lock on their safes.
