He looks like enjoying his time with Angela,no matter how he denied it..Perhaps Lowell and Xiao Reception opened his eyes again to see what kind of a Monster Angela is. Still,i want Him to at least Give her a Hug man,a big one. Both of them deserves it
I just played this and the whole pre battle of the carnival I was like huh there’s a speech pattern to just Roland and Angela shit talking post battle.
Yep, it’s because Korean has play on words like that, which is why if you ever watch a k-drama, characters will sometimes do a similar thing like how Roland and Angela did
I used to think korean voice acting sucked until i played this game, turns out i just wasnt used to listening to korean and roland has never made korean sound so badass before
They receive guests called the carnival, who eat human flesh to turn it into fabric, they have a somewhat similar voice with rolands in this scene. But mostly its just roland messing with angela post reception
Eldritch abominations with weird ways of speaking(carnival) which eat corpses to make silk which is practically body armor invade a glorified metaphysical library which is operated by a depressed husband (Roland) and android 13 but blue haired (Angela). After Roland whoops the abominations asse's into books (don't ask) he imitates their way of speaking, causing Angela to snap back at him with threats to turn him into a living popcorn machine.
