English dub might be hard, a lot of meaning and connotations get lost in translation so making an english dub might not have the same emotion as the Korean dub. You can also see it on the english sub, it just doesn't feel the same. Japanese on the other hand has lots of similitudes as it's also a far east language, so I see that a lot more plausible. Either way, Project Moon games unfortunately have somewhat of a Niche audience, which although understandable is an absolute shame, they don't get the recognition they deserve, they didn't even got a nomination on the game awards. So if LoR fans want either an english or a japanese dub, we'll probably have to do it ourselves as fanmade.

@@totalbitwise9127 yeah but this poem in particular is not korean even, it's french, a good voice actor can communicate Roland's emotions during this scene with an english or jp or wtvr language it gets dubbed in (altho, I really like the korean voice acting and wouldn't play any of PM's games for the first time in anything but korean voices)

From Project Moon's 5th Anniversary interview, they said they won't be adding EN or JP voices. As they want permanent voice actors so that characters can reappear in future projects

No plan ≠ no interest; especially if this tidbit from their 2021 Q&A is anything to go by. Q: "Are you going to include voice-overs in other languages for your games?" A: "There are no plans for that right now. Due to the nature of the world, a chara can reappear years after they first show up, so we need to be particularly careful when it comes to choosing voice actors. And unlike voice actors in our native tongue whose direction we can comment on, it’s difficult for us to get involved in the production for other languages, not to mention that we have little information on the foreign VA scene. Still, we’d like to have a go at it if we get the proper opportunity". That they're even considering the possibility at all is awesome!

I don’t think you really need permission from them, considering anyone can record this footage by simply opening the game and going to this scene. It’s not exclusive content. I still think it’s nice to ask for consent though ^^
