I was Corey Feldman's "double" and "Stand in" for the entire filming. It was a blast. ;) Heather was a down to earth sweetheart and came to my theatre to see a play I did. The cinematographer Bruce Surtees was amazing working with. He lit most of Clint Eastwood's movie's and was known in the industry as "the prince of darkness" because it is difficult lighting evening shoots with out getting lots of shadows. He was the master of night shootings.
Corey was such a cutie, i miss his adorable smile..I’ve know him ever since I was 4..and never gave up..he’s so freaking gorgeous..it’s such an heartbreak of what Hollywood did to him..he’s my dream boy..forever and ever, I’ve stayed by him for so long..I heard when i was 4..corey was on the tv since my older cousin was watching license to drive, and I sat down and was obsessed with Corey..I had a crush on him since I was 4..and every time he wasn’t on..I used to cry so my mother put on Edits..😂😂 relatable af..I miss him so much, that adorable smile..laugh, face, heart, personality..gives me chills, was such an inspiration and an great man, Hollywood destroyed him..may the predators rot in hell..R.I.P Corey, love you so much.. 😭🖤
Well, it was just one. Dominick Brascia, & Feldman introduced Haim to him. And then lived with Dominick after he knew what happened....so he did it on purpose. Then lied about it. Been making money off of trashing him ever since, book, 10 Mill movie cost $1,000 to make & charged $20. I don't want to trash your childhood memories, but you should know the truth. Feldman tortured him into his grave & is torturing his Mom 9 yrs later. The REAL TRUTH Channel Holly Fields interview if you want to know how sweet Haim was....the rest is how evil Feldman is. Also The REAL STORY behind the 2 Corey"s....but that's pretty heartbreaking.
@@elmamataki3662 Yes we are aware of what happened to corey feldman as well but that doesn’t justify the things he has done , the horrendous lies he has spread about his “bestfriend”, and all the pain he has brought to more innocent people. Y’all need to stop using that as an excuse to cover up his actions cause 99% of the time the person already knows that
@@elmamataki3662 What happend to corey feldman was terrible I didn’t mean in my paragraph to invalidate what he went though but again that does not justify his actions
How can a 4 year old think like that ? 4 year old they don’t have a mind to feel in love with someone, this movie was base for teenagers back in the 80’s , a 4 year old are not interested in those kind of movies they are interested in in watching cartoons playing with toys and dolls
God I kiss these days. I'm so depressed and weepy lately, I just cry when I see these great films and how 80s pop culture was always new, fresh, a time of invention and something new to try seemed like every day. I miss home. I miss days when I always had a friend to call and hang with and there was always something fun to do. There was music to suit everyone's tastes, endless movies and shows and trends to explore...so much to entertain. Always a cool hot spot to go to on weekend nights where you run in to everyone from school. I'm homesick and heartsick, and I miss the 80s so much. Being an 80s kid is a lucky ass thing to be! I'm grateful.
Loved this film then and now. James Avery as the mad driving instructor cracks me up (RIP). “Speak up son! Nobody likes to get burned, do they??!!!!” 😆
Super fun movie! I just took my 16 year old daughter to get her license today. Made me think of this movie. She passed the test by the way. And if she does anything in this movie,
the bit at the end was funny when haim was sitting next to Feldman ands said later we got to go to school haim put his hand out Feldman went to high five him and haim pulled away Feldman tried to style it out ...funny man
It's not that serious. I don't think he was eve remotely aware that Feldman was going for a high five and that's because he was looking forward into the camera and just gesturing to emphasize what he was saying as most people do. Feldman simply thought the hand was coming to him but it wasn't and Haim was just unaware. Don't make it into something it wasn't. They high gave fives and slapped hands a lot back then. Drama drama, let it rest.
@@edeneverly2573 I guess I'll have to dissect and analyze his post some more, because I don't see how he was trying to make it into a big serious deal. Chill dude
This movie was great! I loved the drunk that stole the Caddy and the part where Les stole the car. I could really relate to this movie. Excellent comedy! RIP Corey Haim.
Haim really didn't have a license, lol, he got one during the movie. I just found a letter to my Parents when I was 13 (boarding school) saying " Hi Mom How are you? I need to get my driver's license as soon as I get home".... I don't know what happened but I was driving with a permit at 14! Without my parents! One day my Camero was gone & I said " Daddy, you sold my car! How could you?!?!" He handed me keys & I was so upset. There was a brand new Camaro in front of the house, but there was a school across the street & it wasn't in the driveway so I didn't know it was mine! Right when the models changed. It's nice being a kid.
That, like, civil war era whistle around :30 sounds like the same one they used in The Burbs when Bruce Dern was telling Rick Ducommun and Tom Hanks to "red rover" over the fence.
*I had a dream of Corey haim today,* So me and Corey bumped into each other again and he said “Don’t cry for me, please you are amazing and cute. I’m in a better place, you are adorable. I love you so much you mean a lot I’ll be coming to you” and he kissed me and I kissed him back And then after that he said “I gotta go. But shacha remember, you’re my girlfriend” and he smiled and giggled and we kissed one last time and he disappeared and I smiled *(That’s the dream my name is shacha by the way)*
Full restoration for 1972 Cadillac Deville Sedan and 1983 BMW 633 CSi [E24] are costly classics. Theses cars value more than $100,000 on full restoration.
Great ending to a great film. However, the 80's we're not the glory days. You guys are just going to completely count out the crack era, the A.I.D.'s crisis and rampant city crime. The 80's were a lot of things but a fairy tale, it was not.
We just tried to watch this movie tonight 5 of my family members left and I fell asleep. By far the shittiest movie we have ever tried to watch. Horrible!!!!!
