LICENSE TO DRIVE Clip - "I Already Have a Mercedes" (1988) Corey Haim
Teenager Les Anderson (Corey Haim) thinks his life can't get any worse after he flunks his driver's exam, but he's wrong. Even though he didn't receive his license, Les refuses to break his date with the cool Mercedes Lane (Heather Graham), and he decides to lift his family's prize luxury car for the occasion. Unfortunately, Mercedes sneaks some booze along and passes out drunk, and a confused Les makes the bad decision of enlisting his rebellious friend, Dean (Corey Feldman), to help.

I've always wanted to know who the amazing stunt driver was for Haim's character in these scenes. that's some driving by whomever drove that car

Fun facts that I just found out about this movie about 2 months ago: They rigged the stunt Cadillac with a rear steering mechanism, and the stunt driver is sitting in the front of the Cadillac which has been flipped around, so the back seat and trunk are actually the front of the car. They said they tried it with him driving in reverse, and They couldn't get the stunts right, So they rigged it that way instead. I believe the stunt driver worked on a lot of action movies in the late '80s and early '90s, but I forget the name.
