I have Blepharitis and found that these eyelid wipes that you can get from Walmart or Walgreens really helps, I usually scrub my eyelids twice a day and after 3 or 4 days of doing that I never got any pain in my eyes. Otherwise Baby shampoo and on a soft clean sponge works wonders!
@@Aripoma I mostly see OcuSoft brand, or various stores usually have their own version. Check in the isle where you'd find Visine, normally near the pharmacy.
@@md278x careful. "No tear" is clever marketing, making you think they mean "no eye irritation making tears" when really it means "no tearing hair from knots". You have to check that the bottle clarifies what "tears" means. eg 'eye safe' etc
Could someone clarify when they say "back" of the lid margin, are they referring to the "top", horizontal surface of the bottom eye lid? (In contrast to the vertical, outer facing surface.)
I fear damaging my eyes & causing aged skin if i do daily massage, what of I only do it really softly & for 10 seconds? How long will it take to clear?
The massage dilated (widens) the glands, so you won’t get aged skin. In fact it stimulates blood flow to area. Blepharitis never clears, unfortunately, so must be managed long term.
Yes me too, I was told by an eye Dr many years ago to use baby shampoo, but he did say be careful as it can dry the skin around your eyes. I use a little eye cream, but never close to the eye line and lashes.
