Lie-Nielsen - Scraping Planes: Anatomy & Setup 

Many thx for this very usefull and adequate instruction manual. I bought this plane about 20 years ago and the last years I didn’t use it a lot. Currently i am working on a project with Zebrano, which is cross wire. After I watched your video I followed up your instructions exactly. The shave has no problem with shaving the Zebrano very smoothly. With the normal benchplane I can only go diagonal over the Zebrano which will result in a rather rough surface. With the scraper plane, adjusted as you explained, I can finish the job easy and very nice. Thx again 👍
